How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It should take approximately three days after your order is processed.  Please note that this only applies to working weekdays. As I am in full time education it can be difficult to dispatch your order straight away, so please let me know if you need it by a certain date!

What method of shipping do you use?

Normally you will recieve your order in a padded envelope sent by the Royal Mail either first class or recorded delivery. Please add shipping to your shopping cart in the shop section of this site.

Do you ship out of the UK?

If you live outside the UK, I can arrange a seperate paypal transaction for you. Shipping will be more expensive and methods can be arranged to your preference.

Is it possible to return items?

If the item is returned within 28 days you will be refunded the cost of the item but not the postage.

Do you ever bring back old desgins?

Whilst I won't delibrately repeat designs; I can, if asked, recreate them to a certain extent. However, this does depend on the availibily of certain materials

Do you make custom pieces?

What materials do you use and where are they from?

The materials I use in each piece are listed in their description. Most beads and findings I buy from London based bead shops. Most clock parts are bought wholesale.

Can I only buy your products online or do you have a shop?

At this moment in time only online, though it is possible that in the future my jewellery will be availible in Ealing based shops.

Where is your company based and who runs it?

Ealing, West London.  I run it all, and my name is Karolina Laskowska. I'm a student currently taking her AS levels, and jewellery making is a hobby that I do in my spare time!

Where can I find out about jewellery updates?

You can either check the home page for occasional updates, join the facebook group (click here) or view my DeviantArt profile (click here).

Repairs Policy:

In the unlikely event that your piece of jewellery is broken within the first 28 days of purchase;,  it can be repaired free of charge, provided that materials are still available.   Please not that we will not repair damage free of charge due to customer negligence. Please contact at shesnotreal@hotmail.couk if this applies to you. Please note that certain pieces (especially those involving pearls) are more delicate than others.
